Shipping Policies

Our products are shipped UPS Ground. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and you will usually receive your product in 4 to 10 days.  Shipping is calculated based on weight and size of the product.  This will be determined upon checkout

Return Policy

Customers wishing to return merchandise must first call our office and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

Defective Upon Shipment = Credit for cost of item(s) or replacement
Refused Delivery = Credit for cost of item(s) minus 15% restocking fee*
Accepted Delivery = Credit for cost of item(s) minus 15% restocking fee*

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships. Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.

Backorder Policy

BACKORDERS
•Unless otherwise specified by dealer, backorders may be automatically shipped by ground up to 10 days after the original order has shipped. After 30 days, all backorders will be cancelled unless further notified.
•All qualifying backorders will ship ground freight only.

Damaged Goods Policy

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
