It is safe to use your credit card on our website.  Our website uses 128 bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal (which will accept American Express, Discover/Novus). 

How are your products shipped?

Our products are shipped by UPS Ground. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and you will usually receive you product in 7 to 10 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Some of our products can be shipped outside of the United States.  Shipping costs are not calculated automatically.  Please email us for a shipping quote before placing the order.

Do your products have a warranty?

All products are covered by a manufactures warranty.  Your product will be covered by the manufactures warranty depending on the brand and item.

What does the fill number mean?

On a down sleeping bag, the fill number is the amount of down in the bag.  Thus the higher the number, the warmer the bag. (600 is warmer than 500)
